Bishop Topi is the Senior Pastor of Bible Life Ministries in Pretoria. He has been involved with the work of the ministry for over two decades, ministering in churches, crusades, revivals, Bible schools, seminars and conferences. There is a powerful prophetic and apostolic grace upon his life as a minister and a teacher of God's Word. He is a product of the University of Botswana and Ministry Training Centre. He lives in South Africa with his wife Gaolatlhe and their children Sharon & Shalom.

For Bible Life Ministries, the mandate fell upon Apostle Dr. Enock Sitima assisted by his wife Pastor Tshegofatso Sitima. In 1986 the Lord spoke to Apostle Enock Sitima "Leave America, go back to your continent Africa and plant churches, raise up national Bible believing ministries and reach smaller cities and nations with the uncompromising Word of Faith........Transforming lives into the God kind of life and success". Almost three decades later, Bible Life Ministries has evolved to become a powerful ministry dedicated to inspiring and helping people fulfill their God given potentials, visions and destinies. Leaders continue to be developed and released into ministry, churches planted and lives transformed.
